About this Course

You know that moment — the one where you could speak up, set a boundary, start the conversation, or just be yourself — but something stops you?   A story you’ve been telling yourself for years about who you are and what you’re capable of.

This course is about that moment.

Even more, it’s about what happens next.

Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — one of the most well-researched approaches in modern psychology — you’ll learn how to take meaningful action even when your brain is loudly disagreeing.

You won’t just learn concepts. You’ll practice them.

Each module includes real exercises, reflection prompts, and comfort zone challenges designed to get you out of your head and into your life.  No fluff. No “just believe in yourself.” Just a clear, structured, slightly cheeky path from “I can’t” to “watch me.”

Try the first module for free — and see for yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I need to finish the course?

It’s best if you take about four to six weeks to go through the material. The course covers a lot of concepts, and it is important to not just understand them, but to also observe and “live” them for a few days before moving on to the next topic. It’s also highly recommended to take the time to do the exercises and assignments.

Of course, you get access to the entire course from day one, and you could binge it all in a day (like a really good Netflix show) – but it’s not going to create a lot of change.

How long do I have access to the course?

When you purchase the course, you get unlimited access for its lifetime.

Do you offer refunds?

In short, no. That’s why the first episode is available completely for free. Try it out. If the concepts speak to you, you like the way it is taught and presented, and the translations work for you, then the rest of the course goes into more depth and expands on the topics.

If you’re still unsure after the first episode, reach out and ask your questions through the contact form.

How is this course translated into other languages?

The course is presented in English.

The course material – subtitles for the video as well as the slide decks – has been translated into

French

German

Italian

Portugese

Spanish

The transcript of each lesson has been translated using the DeepL AI platform and is fairly solid. But of course, it can’t compete with the translation of a native speaker.

My recommendation is to test out the free first episode.
If the quality and extent of the translation work for you, then the rest of the course will be similar.

Any last advice before I get started?

I’m glad you asked!

Building confidence is done through taking action. Confidence can be understood from the comfort of a couch and a laptop, but it is practiced by doing the exercises.

I highly recommend that you do them.
